There is nothing wrong with feeling hurt. The point is to acknowledge it and not let it take over and become the conversation. The discussion is bigger and hurt feelings do not equal harm. Its important to sit with hurt and discomfort and analyze why it makes you feel that way instead of lashing out because we are upset. That’s the step many miss. They just lash out and center their feelings. Also read and support those we want to hear and learn from.
