Not sure you read the piece. The get uncomfortable is directed at white people who claim to hate racism and white supremacy and know Trump supporters but are uncomfortable with talking to those people about their racism. Also, racism being uncomfortable because of the media just depends on who is being racist. Some ppl get a pass.
