I've been micromanaged, accused of lying because I white person said I did something at work and when my boss found out I was right and they said was "you're off the hook". A lot of liberal white perceive equality as for those others, not the Black women they meet in their lives and real change has to come on the micro level for it to effectively work and have longevity.
