I get what you are saying and personally I wouldn’t take nudes but it doesn’t shift responsibility from the perpetrator. You’re cautious going out at night, as am I but if we were out late at night and something happened would it be our fault because we should know better than to be out that late? Women should be cautious but they should also have a right to take pics on their phone without being blamed if they’re stolen. Our property is our property including our bodies and when anyone takes, they are to blame not us. I don’t feel it’s right to shift the responsibility because in the end, the perpetrator of any crime has the choice (hacking a phone, an unattended drink, out late) to commit the crime.
