He touched on hygiene be cause there is a difference in hygiene between us based off a survey and the amount of white ppl that tried to justify why they dont wash certain parts. If they aren’t cleaning themselves it’s no shock that they dont mind sharing a lot with dogs. His point was essentially to show how white ppl will rationalize their love and affection for animals while also rationalizing their disregard for lives outside of white. I’m not going to constantly equivocate my writing with the “not all" phrase for people’s comfort.
