Harmful to white society, which is where we are. So many wanna silence truth because it's "harmful". We do not live in a meritocracy. Simple research would show you how often works goes unrewarded based along skin color, gender, ethnicity and able-bodied lines. Nothing you said disproves that.

Your argument is simply it works sometimes and without that belief things would go awry. Reminds me of someone who argued God exist because without the belief they would feel alone. To which someone replied, "then be alone". You can alter numbers no matter how much you wish it weren't true. And the few outside of white who succeed have to wrok at least twice as hard for the same level of success. That's not a meritocracy. Period.
