Exactly. They are picking and choosing when laws apply and who they apply to. And they constantly change laws using dog whistle terminology to repeatedly uplift white people while disenfranchising Black people. They don’t want it fair, they just use “fairness” as a smokescreen for racist anti-Black behavior.
